Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Original passport valid for 6 months, including all old passports.
  • Online Form: Copy of the filled visa form and appointment confirmation letter.
  • Photographs: Two photos, 35mm x 45mm, with 80% face visible and a white background.
  • Covering Letter: Detailed covering letter on the company letterhead, addressing the UK Consulate.
  • Invitation Letter: Copy from the UK company with applicant details, also addressing the UK Consulate in Mumbai.
  • Bank Statement: Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
  • Income Tax Papers: Personal IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Salary Slips: For the last 3 months.
  • Appointment Letter: If employed.
  • Company Registration Documents:
    • Proprietor/Director: Registration copy of the firm or Memorandum of Association (MOA).
  • Company Profile: Detailing business activities.
  • Return Ticket: Proof of return travel.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  1. Valid Passport: Original passport valid for 6 months, including all old passports.
  2. Online Form: Copy of the filled visa form and appointment confirmation letter.
  3. Photographs: Two photos, 35mm x 45mm, with 80% face visible and a white background.
  4. Covering Letter:
    • For Employed Applicants: A leave letter on company letterhead addressing the UK Consulate.
    • Tourists: Sponsorship letter or tour confirmation, along with hotel bookings.
  5. Invitation Letter (If Visiting Family/Relatives in the UK):
    • Invitation letter from the host, their passport and visa copy, and proof of stay.
  6. Financial Documents:
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
    • Property papers/Fixed deposits.
    • Salary Slip: Last 3 months (if working).
    • Income Tax Papers: Last 3 years.
  7. Company Documents (If Proprietor/Director):
    • Registration copy of the firm or Memorandum of Association (MOA).

 

UK Visa Fees:

 

Visa Submission & Collection:

  • Submission: As per appointment date and time.
  • Collection: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Processing Time:

  • Normal Process: 15 working days.
  • Urgent Process: Priority service available at an additional fee of Rs. 20,000 per applicant (on top of regular visa fees).
