Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Requirements:
    • Passport valid for at least 3 months post-return.
    • One signed visa form and declaration.
    • Two color photos (35mm x 45mm, white background, 80% face visible).
    • Original cover letter from the Indian company.
    • Detailed invitation letter from Sweden.
    • Hotel confirmation.
    • Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (with bank seal).
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months (with company seal).
    • Overseas medical insurance.
    • Return air ticket.
    • Company registration copy (translated to English if necessary).
  • Vaccination Requirement:
    Fully vaccinated with both doses.
  • Biometrics:
    Applicants must appear in person for biometrics unless they provided biometrics within the last 5 years.
  • Processing Time: 15 working days
  • Visa Fees:
    • Adult: Rs. 6900/-
    • Child (6-12 years): Rs. 3450/-

    • Cover letter from the applicant (or from the Indian company if working).
    • Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
    • Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (with bank seal).
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months (if applicable, with company seal).
    • Overseas medical insurance.
    • Return air ticket.
    • Company registration copy (translated to English if necessary).
      If sponsored, a sponsorship letter on Rs. 100 stamp paper with notary in English.
  • Vaccination Requirement:
    Fully vaccinated with both doses.

    Applicants must appear in person for biometrics unless they provided biometrics within the last 5 years.
