Following docs required for Business Visa.

  1. Passport:

    • Valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.

  2. Visa Application Form:

    • One original form, duly filled out and signed in blue ball-point pen by the applicant.
    • A photograph must be pasted on the form.
    • The applicant’s email address and phone number should be included.

  3. Photographs:

    • Two recent photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), with the head centered, showing 80% of the face.

  4. Covering Letter:

    • From the Indian company, mentioning the applicant’s designation, date of joining, and salary.
    • If the applicant is a business owner, they must provide the company registration copy.
    • If the applicant is a partner, a copy of the partnership deed must be provided.

  5. Invitation Letter:

    • From the inviting party in Spain, written in Spanish.

  6. Accommodation Details:

    • Hotel confirmation corresponding to the air ticket.

  7. Employment Proof:

    • Salary slips for the last 6 months (if employed).

  8. Financial Proof:

    • Personal Income Tax returns for the last 3 years.
    • Original personal bank statements for the last 6 months, showing a balance of at least €589.68 per person for a minimum stay. For longer stays, additional proof of approximately €65.52 per day per applicant is required.
    • Bank statements must have the bank’s seal and signature.

Important Notes:

  • Applicants must be fully vaccinated with both doses.
  • All applicants must visit VFS for biometric collection. If biometric data has been provided within the last 5 years, application submission can be done on their behalf.
  • Visa processing time: 15 working days after submission.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  1. Passport:

    • Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.

  2. Visa Application Form:

    • One original form, duly filled out and signed in blue ball-point pen by the applicant.
    • A photograph must be attached.
    • The applicant’s email address and phone number should be provided in the form.

  3. Photographs:

    • Two recent photographs (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm), head centered in the frame with 80% face visible.

  4. Covering Letter:

    • From the applicant, on company letterhead with detailed information.
    • If the applicant is employed, a plain letter from the applicant along with a leave letter from the Indian company on company letterhead is required.

  5. Accommodation Proof:

    • Hotel confirmation matching the air ticket.
    • If the applicant is visiting relatives or friends, an invitation letter attested by Spanish Police is required if there’s a sponsor (Carta Di Invitation Letter).

  6. Financial Documents:

    • Personal Income Tax (IT) returns for the last 3 years.
    • Original personal bank statements for the last 6 months with a balance equivalent to or above €589.68 per person for a minimum stay. For longer stays, additional proof of approximately €65.52 per day per applicant is required. Bank statements must bear the bank’s seal and signature.

Important Notes:
