Following docs required for Business Visa.

    • Passport valid for at least 3 months post-return, with two blank pages.
    • One signed visa form and signed declaration.
    • Two color photos (35mm x 45mm, white background, 80% face visible).
    • Original cover letter from the Indian company.
    • Copy of detailed invitation letter from the Croatian company.
    • Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months.
    • Overseas medical insurance.
    • Return air ticket.
    • Company registration copy (translated to English if necessary).
    • COVID certificate with passport number.

    • Child (6-12 years): Rs. 3580/-

    • Cover letter from the individual (if working, leave letter from the Indian company).
    • Hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
    • Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
    • Salary slips for the last 3 months (if applicable).
    • Overseas medical insurance.
    • Return air ticket.
    • Company registration copy (translated to English if necessary).
    • COVID certificate with passport number.
