Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

  • Visa Application Form:

    • Must be signed by the applicant using a blue pen, and the signature must match the one in the passport.
    • For children, the application must be signed by both parents.

  • Photographs:

    • Two color photographs (35mm x 45mm), with 80% of the face visible and a white background.

  • Covering Letter:

    • An original covering letter from the applicant with a reachable contact number and email ID.
    • Must be on the Indian company letterhead.

  • Invitation Letter:

    • A copy of the invitation letter from Singapore.

  • Flight Details:

    • Confirmed flight ticket with the e-ticket number.

  • Bank Statement:

    • Copy of the last 3 months’ bank statement with a balance above ₹50,000.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  1. Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

  2. Visa Application Form:

    • Signed by the applicant in blue pen, matching the signature in the passport.
    • For children, the application must be signed by both parents.

  3. Photographs:

    • Two color photographs (35mm x 45mm), showing 80% of the face, with a white background in a matte finish.
    • Write the name and passport number on the back of the photographs for visa stamping.

  4. Covering Letter:

    • A covering letter signed by both husband and wife if traveling as a family, including the head of the family’s contact number.
    • The letter should mention:
      • Travel date
      • Passport details
      • Business or working details (including company name, address, and contact number)
      • Hotel address in Singapore

  5. Flight Details:

    • Confirmed flight ticket with the e-ticket number.

  6. Bank Statement:

    • Copy of the last 3 months’ bank statement showing a balance above ₹50,000.

  7. Visiting Card:

    • A copy of the applicant’s visiting card.
