3. Hotel Booking:

   • Confirmed hotel reservation.

4. Return Ticket:

   • Confirmed return flight ticket.

5. Covering Letter:

   • Personal covering letter with the applicant’s signature.

6. Company Leave Letter:

   • Letter from the company with seal and signature, mentioning the applicant’s designation.

7. Aadhar Card Copy

8. Travel Itinerary:

   • Day-to-day travel itinerary.

9. Contact Details:

• Biometric:
