Tourist Visa (Family Visit) Requirements:

1. Passport: Valid for at least 6 months.
2. Full Passport Xerox Copy.
3. Photographs: Two color photos, 35x45mm, 80% face, white background.
4. Visa Application Form: Duly filled and signed by the applicant.
5. Covering Letter:
   • On business letterhead if the applicant has their own business.
   • On plain paper if employed in a company.
6. Leave Letter: From the company on letterhead with exact leave dates (if employed).
7. Invitation Letter: Copy from the invitee in New Zealand.
8. Invitee’s Passport and Visa Copy: From New Zealand.
9. Employment Proof of Invitee: From New Zealand.
10. Invitee’s Bank Statement: Last 3 months from New Zealand.
11. Personal Bank Statement: For the last 3 months with a minimum balance of 3-4 lakhs (with bank seal & sign on each page).
12. Personal Income Tax Papers: For the last 3 years.
13. School ID Card: Copy for a child, if applicable.
14. Company Bank Statement: Last 3 months (with bank seal & sign on each page) if the applicant owns a business.
15. Company Income Tax Papers: For the last 3 years (if owning a business).
16. Company Incorporation Certificate: If owning a business.
17. Salary Slips: For the last 3 months.

Business Visa Requirements:

9. Company Bank Statement: Last 3 months (with bank seal & sign on each page) if the applicant owns a business.
10. Company Income Tax Papers: For the last 3 years (if owning a business).
11. Company Incorporation Certificate: If owning a business.
12. Salary Slips: For the last 3 months.

Visa Fees:

• Tourist Visa: ₹13,000
• Business Visa: ₹11,150

Processing Time:
