New Zealand Visa Update:

  • Effective Date: Starting from 04th July 2018, the New Zealand immigration department will no longer issue physical visa labels in passports.
  • E-Visa: When a decision on your visa is made, you will receive the New Zealand E-Visa on your authorized email address.

Visa Submission Process:

  • Passports from across India can be submitted in Mumbai.

Payment Requirements (Effective from 1st July 2019):

  • Demand Drafts:
    • MBIE Demand Draft: Rs. 11,450/- (from any nationalized or multinational bank, payable at par, in favor of “MBIE”).
    • VFS Global Services Demand Draft: Rs. 1,087/- (from any nationalized or multinational bank, payable at Mumbai, in favor of “VFS GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD”).

Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months of validity and two color photos (35x45mm) with 80% of the face visible on a white background.
  • Full Passport Copy: Complete Xerox copy of the passport.
  • Visa Application Form: Duly filled and signed by the applicant.
  • Covering Letter: Original covering letter on Indian company letterhead.
  • Invitation Letter: Copy of the invitation letter from New Zealand.
  • Personal Bank Statement: Bank statement of the applicant for the last 3 months, stamped and signed on each page.
  • Personal Income Tax Papers: IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Business Bank Statement (For Business Owners): Copy of the company’s bank statement for the last 3 months, stamped and signed on each page.
  • Business Income Tax Papers (For Business Owners): Copies of the company’s IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Company Incorporation Certificate (For Business Owners): Copy of the company’s incorporation certificate.
  • Salary Slips: Copies of the last 3 months’ salary slips (if employed).

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Original passport with at least 6 months of validity.
  • Full Passport Copy: Complete Xerox copy of the passport.
  • Photographs: Two color photos (35x45mm) with 80% of the face visible on a white background.
  • Visa Application Form: Fully filled and signed by the applicant (or for family, signed by the family members).
  • Covering Letter (For Business Owners): Original detailed covering letter on business letterhead.
  • Covering Letter (For Employees): Original detailed covering letter on plain paper if employed.
  • Leave Letter: Original leave letter from the company on letterhead with specified leave dates (if employed).
  • Personal Bank Statement: Bank statement for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of 3 to 4 lakhs, stamped and signed on each page by the bank.
  • Personal Income Tax Papers: Copies of the passenger’s IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Child’s School ID: Copy of the school ID card for any child traveling.
  • Business Bank Statement (For Business Owners): Copy of the business bank statement for the last 3 months, stamped and signed on each page.
  • Business Income Tax Papers (For Business Owners): Copies of the company’s IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Company Incorporation Certificate (For Business Owners): Copy of the company’s incorporation certificate.
  • Salary Slips: Copy of the last 3 months’ salary slips (if employed).
