Following docs required for Business Visa.

  1. Passport: Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.
  2. Photos: Two color photos (35×45 mm, white background, 80% of the face visible).
  3. Visa Application Form: One completed and signed form.
  4. Covering Letter: Original letter from the Indian company on official company letterhead with detailed information about the visit.
  5. Invitation Letter: Copy of the invitation letter from the company in Luxembourg, with detailed information.
  6. Financial Documents:
    • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
  7. Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if applicable).
  8. Travel Insurance: Valid for the entire stay.
  9. Return Air Ticket: Confirmed booking as per the travel itinerary.

Additional Information:

  • Processing Time: 15 working days.
  • Visa Fees:
    • Adults: ₹7060.
    • Children (6-12 years): ₹3530.
  • Non-refundable: Visa fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
  6. Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if employed).
  7. Travel Insurance: Valid for the entire duration of the stay.
  8. Return Air Ticket: Confirmed booking.
