Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Fill Online Application Form (Mandatory to fill the applicants email id & mobile #)
  • Attach 2 Photographs (Size 5.5 cm X 5.5 cm) with light background
  • The travel document should be valid for at least 6 months (recommended 09 months)
  • Passport must have at least 2 blank pages
  • Must submit ALL PASSPORTS that you hold (including current/old/cancelled/expired/ special)
  • Approval letter from the place of work stating purpose and duration of stay (signed by the authorized signatory)
  • Invitation letter in Hebrew/ English (signed by the authorized signatory) stating purpose of visit/duration of stay Must mention the invitee details (name & contact no.)
  • Personal bank A/c statement for the last 4 months d) If the applicant has a business account, please also attach a copy of that account (for last 4 months) and a copy of PAN Card for the company
  • Salary slip for the last 4 months
  • Travel/Medical insurance for duration of stay in Israel
  • Travel ticket –Booking (NOT CONFIRMED TICKET
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar card

 

IMPORTANT REMARKS   

  1.  If the applicant has entry /exit stamp for any one of the following countries with the valid visas (in the last 3 years from the date of submission of application): USA/ Canada/ Schengen/ Australia. In addition, if the applicant has the visa/s to Israel that has been used (Entry/ Exit stamp) in past 3 years from the date of submission of application. Then bank statement/ Flight ticket /salary slip – NOT required
  2.  Attach one set of photocopy of all the documents as mentioned above including the photocopy of valid visas to USA/Canada/Schengen/Australia (Only A4 size and not in back to back format)

 

IN CASE OF MINOR ACCOMPANYING PARENTS: –

  1. Need original Birth Certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA).
  2. Parents (Father/Mother) need to present at the embassy for signing the Minor consent form (schedule appointment for the visit in the embassy through IVP)
  3.  In case one of the parent is not in India then he/ she must sign the Minor consent form at Embassy of Israel in that particular country.
  4. Embassy may ask for additional documents or request for personal appearance at the Embassy

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  • Online Application Form: Fill the online application form (mandatory to include the applicant’s email ID & mobile number) with signature.

  • Photographs: Attach 2 photographs (size 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm) with a white background.

  • Travel Document: The travel document should be valid for at least 6 months (recommended 9 months). Passport must have at least 2 blank pages.

  • Passports: Submit all passports that you hold (including current, old, cancelled, expired, and special).

  • Invitation Letter:

    • If invited by a friend/relative in Israel, attach an invitation letter in Hebrew along with the ID copy and contact details of the invitee.
    • If invited by a person who’s working/studying in Israel, attach an invitation letter from the employer/academic institution/university for the family members.

  • Approval Letter/NOC: Provide an approval letter or NOC from the place of work for your travel (in original) mentioning:

    • Name
    • Designation
    • Date of joining
    • Passport No.
    • Purpose of travel
    • Duration of stay
    • Signed by authorized signatory with contact details.

  • Covering Letter:

    • From the applicant for the travel. If the owner of the company, provide the letterhead (in original) mentioning:
      • Name
      • Designation
      • Passport No.
      • Purpose of travel
      • Duration of stay
      • Signed by applicant with contact details.

  • Personal Bank Statement: Bank account statement for the last 4 months.

  • Business Account Statement: If applicable, attach a copy of the business/company account (for the last 4 months) and a copy of the PAN card for the company.

  • Salary Slip: Salary slip for the last 4 months.

  • Travel & Medical Insurance: Travel and medical insurance with COVID coverage.

  • Travel Ticket: Booking (not confirmed ticket).

  • Tour Program: Day-to-day itinerary.

  • Hotel Reservation: Confirmation of hotel reservation.

  • Aadhaar Card: Photocopy of the Aadhaar card.

  • Current Valid Passport: Include the 1st & last page.

 

Important Remarks

  • Submit all documents in A4 size and not in back-to-back format.
  • If married, the passport must be updated with the spouse’s name. If not updated, provide the marriage certificate or any other ID with the updated spouse name.

In Case of Minor Accompanying Parents:

A) Need original birth certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA).

B) Parents (Father & Mother) must visit IVP at the time of submission to sign the minor consent form.

C) If one parent is not in India, they must sign the minor consent form at the Embassy of Israel in that country.

  • Embassy may ask for additional documents or request an interview.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Vaccination Certificate: Must have both doses (or 3 doses) done in the last six months (travel should be within the validity of the vaccination).

  • Entry Permit: Applicants submitting requests for A/2 Student, A/4 Dependent visa & B/2 Business & Tourism must fill the online form (follow the link above) to receive an automatic online green pass.
