Following docs required for Business Visa.

  1. Valid Passport:

    • Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.

  2. Visa Application Form:

    • Complete and sign as per the passport details.

  3. Declaration:

    • Sign the declaration as per the passport.

  4. Two Colour Photos:

    • Dimensions: 35mm by 45mm.
    • White background with 80% of the face visible.

  5. Original Covering Letter:

    • From the Indian company on company letterhead, detailing the purpose of travel.

  6. Copy of Invitation Letter:

    • From Austria, providing details of the visit.

  7. Personal Income Tax Papers:

    • For the last 3 years.

  8. Personal Bank Statement:

    • For the last 6 months.

  9. Salary Slips:

    • For the last 3 months.

  10. Overseas Medical Insurance:

    • Listed as per the air ticket. Ensure to review the list of approved insurance providers.

  11. Return Air Ticket:

    • Confirmed itinerary.

  12. Company Registration Copy:

    • Required in English. If the registration is in another language, translate it on ₹100 stamp paper and get it notarized.


Important Notes:

  • Ensure all documents are accurate and meet the specified criteria to avoid delays in processing.
  • Check for any additional requirements based on specific circumstances or recent changes in visa policy.

  1. Valid Passport:

    • Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.

  2. Visa Application Form:

    • Complete and sign as per the passport details.

  3. Declaration:

    • Sign the declaration as per the passport.

  4. Two Colour Photos:

    • Dimensions: 35mm by 45mm.
    • White background with 80% of the face visible.

  5. Covering Letter:

    • From the applicant on company letterhead.

  6. If Working:

    • Provide a covering letter on plain paper along with a leave letter from the Indian company.

  7. Confirmed Hotel Confirmation:

    • As per the air ticket.

  8. Personal Income Tax Papers:

    • For the last 3 years.

  9. Personal Bank Statement:

    • For the last 6 months.

  10. If Working:

    • Provide salary slips for the last 3 months.

  11. Overseas Medical Insurance:

    • Listed as per the air ticket. Ensure to check the mentioned list of insurance providers.

  12. Return Air Ticket:

    • Confirmed itinerary.

  13. Company Registration Copy:

    • If self-employed, required in English. If the registration is in another language, translate it on ₹100 stamp paper and get it notarized.


Additional Information:

  • Personal Submission Requirement:

    • Effective from 2nd November, all applicants must come in person for submission and biometrics at VFS, with a prior appointment. Assistance with the appointment will be provided.

  • Processing Time:

    • Approximately 15 working days.

  • Visa Fees:

    • Adult Visa Fee: ₹6320 (non-refundable).

  • Visa Submission Timing:

    • As per the appointment.

  • Visa Collection Timing:

    • Passports will be sent by courier to the applicant’s or the company’s address as specified in the covering letter.

  • Currency:

    • Greece Currency = Euro.
