Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return.
  • One online visa application form: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/
  • Two color photos, 35mm by 45mm, white background, with 80% of the face visible.
  • Original covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead, in detail.
  • Copy of the invitation letter from France, in detail.
  • Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (updated bank statement required one day before submission, mandatory).
  • Salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Return air ticket and Indian company registration copy.
  • Overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket.
  • Hotel booking.


Processing Details:

  • Visa Time Taken: 10 to 15 working days
  • Visa Fees (Adult): Rs. 7065
  • Visa Submission Time: As per appointment timing


Important Notes:

  • Only applicants who are fully vaccinated (both doses) can apply.
  • All applicants must come in person for biometrics at VFS. If the applicant has provided biometrics within the last 5 years, we can apply on their behalf.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  • Valid passport for 6 months from the date of return.
  • One online visa application form: https://france-visas.gouv.fr/
  • Two color photos, 35mm by 45mm, white background, with 80% of the face visible.
  • Covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead in detail (if pax is doing their own business). If working, a covering letter on plain paper and a leave letter from the Indian company are required.
  • Confirmed hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
  • Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (updated bank statement required one day before submission, mandatory).
  • If working, salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket.
  • Return air ticket.
  • If pax is doing their own business, a company registration copy is required in English.
  • If pax is sponsored by someone from France for a tourist visa, the consulate requires the original sponsorship letter (Attestation Di Accueil).

  • Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (updated bank statement required one day before submission, mandatory).
  • If working, salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket.
  • Return air ticket.
  • If pax is doing their own business, a company registration copy is required in English.
  • Birth certificate.
