PLS NOTE WE NEED TO SUBMIT AT THE VFS

Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.
  • One visa form, signed as per the passport.
  • Declaration, signed as per the passport.
  • Two color photos, 35mm by 45mm, white background, with 80% of the face visible.
  • Original covering letter from the Indian company on company letterhead, in detail.
  • Copy of the invitation letter from Finland, in detail.
  • Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
  • Salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Listed overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket (list of insurance mentioned below).
  • Return air ticket.
  • Company registration copy (Note: If the company registration is in a different language, translate it on a 100 Rs stamp paper in English and notarize it).

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  • Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return.
  • One visa form, signed as per the passport.
  • Declaration, signed as per the passport.
  • Two color photos, 35mm by 45mm, white background, with 80% of the face visible.
  • Covering letter from pax on company letterhead.
  • If working, covering letter on plain paper and leave letter from Indian company.
  • Confirmed hotel confirmation as per the air ticket.
  • Personal IT papers for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
  • If working, salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Listed overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket (list of insurance mentioned below).
  • Return air ticket.
  • Company registration copy if self-employed (Note: If the company registration is in a different language, translate it on a 100 Rs stamp paper in English and notarize it).


Important Notice:

  • W.E.F. 2nd November, all applicants must come in person for submission and biometrics at VFS with prior appointment. We will take the appointment for submission and assist the applicant at VFS.


Processing Details:

  • Time Taken: 15 working days
  • Visa fees (Adult): Rs. 6300
  • Visa fees (Child 6 to 12): Rs. 3200
  • Visa Submission Time: As per the appointment timing
  • Visa Collection Time: All passports will be sent by courier to the applicant’s address or the applicant’s company address as mentioned in the covering letter.
  • Visa Fees: Non-refundable
