Following docs required for FAMILY VISIT

  • Original valid passport, at least for 6 months. Applicable if pax has an old passport.
  • Two color photos, 35x45mm, 80% face, white background.
  • Online visa application form with barcode page, duly filled and signed by pax only.
  • Family Information form, duly filled and signed by pax only.
  • VFS consent form, duly signed by pax only.
  • Original detailed covering letter from pax on business letterhead, if having own business.
  • Original detailed covering letter from pax on plain paper, if working in a company.
  • Original leave letter from company on letterhead with leave dates, if working in a company.
  • Personal bank statement copy for the last 6 months of passenger.
  • Personal IT papers copy for the last 3 years of passenger.
  • Invitation letter from the invitee.
  • Passport copy & Canada work permit card copy of the invitee.
  • Employment proof of invitee.
  • Personal bank statement copy for the last 3 months of invitee.
  • Company bank statement copy for the last 3 months of passenger if having own business.
  • Company IT papers copy for the last 3 years of passenger if having own business.
  • Company incorporation certificate copy, if having own business.
  • Last 3 months’ salary slip.

Please note we have to do online application & submit all documents online, after submitting the documents online, Applicant have to come personally for Biometric at VFS with prior appointment along with original passport to show at VFS, Once the biometrics done then consulate will send approval to send the passport at consulate for Visa stamping via courier.

After the biometric request by the consulate you need to book the appointment for biometrics on below link as pax need to complete within 30 days.
