1. Valid Passport:

   • Passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel.

2. Visa Application Forms:

   • Two forms, typed only and signed by the applicant themselves.

3. Photographs:

   • Two recent passport-size color photos (camera-clicked, fresh, and not used for any other visas).
   • White background, latest photos.

4. Covering Letter:

   • Typed covering letter addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia, explaining the purpose of travel.

5. Hotel Confirmation:

   • Proof of confirmed hotel booking in Armenia.

6. Day-Wise Tour Itinerary:

   • Detailed daily itinerary for the duration of the stay in Armenia.

7. Return Ticket:

   • A return ticket with a live PNR, showing a gap of at least 7 days from the submission date.

8. Bank Statement:

   • Latest bank statement for the last 6 months, showing sufficient funds.

9. Authority Letter:

   • Authority letter authorizing Mr. Pankaj (Visa Alliance) to submit and collect the documents on the applicant’s behalf.

10. Online Payment Receipt:

    • Fee must be paid online at Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Fees.
    • Print the payment receipt and submit it with the visa application.

E-Visa Requirements:

1. Passport Copy:

   • Front and back copies of the passport.

2. Photographs:

   • Photos with a white background.

3. Ticket & Hotel Confirmation:

   • Confirmed flight tickets and hotel bookings.

4. Cover Letter:

   • Mentioning the duration of stay, applicant’s contact details (mobile number and email ID), and their designation.

Visa Fees (Paid Online):

• 7 USD – For stay up to 21 days (Single Entry).
• 37 USD – For stay up to 120 days (Single Entry).
• 49 USD – For stay up to 60 days (Multiple Entry).
• 98 USD – For stay up to 120 days (Multiple Entry).

Processing Time:

• Regular Visa: 7-8 working days (subject to approval).
• E-Visa: 3-4 working days.

Submission and Collection Days:

• Submission: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Collection: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Special Instructions:

• For SEA MEN Visa, 3 photos are required.
• Embassy Visa Section does not operate on Wednesdays.
