Following docs required for Business Visa.

  1. Online Form Link: https://visa.mfa.gov.u
  2. Valid Passport/Travel Document.
  3. Photo: 35mm x 45mm.
  4. Travel Insurance: Mandatory for Schengen countries, covering Ukraine with a minimum of €30,000 coverage (original + copy).
  5. Proof of Sufficient Funds:
    • 3 months’ updated Bank Statements (original with bank stamp and signature, minimum balance of USD 2,500).
    • Cash in Ukrainian hryvnia or other convertible currency.
    • Bank Cards (along with current/savings account balance statements if they can be cashed in Ukraine).
  6. Accommodation Booking.
  7. Sponsorship Letter (duly notarized with an original stamp and signature).
  8. Invitation Letter: From a registered entity in Ukraine in Ukrainian language, containing:
    • The inviting company’s official letterhead, registration number, and signature.
    • Details of the invited person (name, DOB, nationality, passport details).
    • Purpose, duration, and travel dates of the visit.
    • Legal obligations regarding expenses and departure.
  9. Company Registration Certificate: Supported by the Ukrainian government.

    • Bank Cards (along with balance statements).
  6. Accommodation Booking: Proof of hotel bookings, a detailed itinerary, and sightseeing plans.
  7. Return/Transit Ticket.
  8. Sponsorship Letter: Notarized with an original stamp and signature.
  9. Previous Visas: Copies of Ukraine, USA, UK, Schengen, or Australia visas if available.
  10. Travel Ticket: Bookings as mentioned on the Visa Application Form.
