Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended date of travel.

  • Photographs:

    • Two recent color photographs (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face.

  • Covering Letter from Indian Company:

    • An original covering letter on the Indian company’s letterhead.
    • The letter must mention the travel dates (within 15 days) and must match the dates in the invitation letter.
    • It should include the company seal and the authorized person’s signature.

  • Invitation Letter from Thai Company:

    • An original invitation letter from the Thai company, stating the travel dates (within 15 days), which should match those in the covering letter.
    • The invitation letter must also include the company seal and the authorized person’s signature.

  • Return Flight Ticket:

    • A confirmed return ticket copy as proof of the return journey.

  • Hotel Voucher:

    • A hotel voucher from a supplier in Thailand, on their letterhead, showing the contact number, address, and passenger names.

  • Bank Statement:

    • Original bank statement for the last six months, stamped and signed on each page by the bank.
    • There should be a minimum balance of ₹50,000 for each passenger.

  • Thai Company Registration Documents:

    • Company registration papers from the Thai company, along with a list of shareholders, issued no more than 6 months ago (DBD papers) and containing the company seal and signature.

  • Thai Company Tax Papers:

    • Income tax papers from the Thai company, including Form 20 and Form 50/30, with the company seal and signature.

  • Thai Company Profile:

    • A company profile of the Thai company, with the company seal and signature.

  • Thai Company Shareholder List:

    • A shareholder list from the Thai company, with the company seal and signature.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

Single Entry Tourist Visa:

  1. Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

  2. Photographs:

    • Two recent color photos (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face.

  3. Flight Ticket:

    • A confirmed ticket copy for the flight.

  4. Hotel Voucher:

    • A hotel voucher from Thailand on the supplier’s letterhead, showing the passenger names.

  5. Bank Statement:

    • Original bank statement for the last six months, stamped and signed on each page by the bank.
    • There should be a minimum balance of ₹50,000 for each passenger.

 

Tourist 6-Month Multiple Entry Visa:

  1. Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

  2. Photographs:

    • Two recent color photos (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face.

  3. Flight Ticket:

    • A confirmed ticket copy.

  4. Bank Statement:

    • Original bank statement for the last six months, stamped and signed on each page by the bank.
    • There should be a minimum balance of ₹400,000 for each passenger.

  5. Hotel Voucher:

    • A hotel voucher from Thailand on the supplier’s letterhead, showing the contact number, address, and passenger names.

  6. Covering Letter:

    • An original covering letter from the passenger, requesting a 6-month multiple-entry visa on a business letterhead if they own a business.

  7. Leave Letter (if employed):

    • An original leave letter from the company on letterhead, mentioning the leave dates.

  8. Income Tax Documents:

    • Copies of personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

  9. Salary Slips (if employed):

    • Copies of the last 3 months’ salary slips.

 

Thailand Transit Double Entry Visa:

  1. Passport:

    • Original passport valid for at least 6 months.

  2. Photographs:

    • Two recent color photos (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face, and signed on the back by the applicant.

  3. Flight Ticket:

    • A confirmed double-entry ticket copy.

  4. Bank Statement:

    • Original bank statement for the last six months, stamped and signed on each page by the bank.
    • There should be a minimum balance of ₹50,000 for each passenger.

  5. Hotel Voucher:

    • A hotel voucher from Thailand on the supplier’s letterhead, showing the contact number, address, and passenger names.

  6. Covering Letter:

    • An original covering letter from the passenger, mentioning the purpose of visit, travel dates, expense details, and employment details.
