4. Covering Letter:

   • Original covering letter on the company letterhead with seal and signature from an authorized person.
   • Must include:
     • Authorized person’s name and designation.
     • Applicant’s name, passport number, and designation.
   • If the applicant is working, include a covering letter from the applicant and an original leave letter from the company.

5. Hotel Confirmation:

   • Hotel confirmation as per the travel date.

6. Itinerary:

   • Day-by-day travel itinerary.

7. Tickets:

   • Tickets that match the hotel booking and the day-by-day itinerary.

8. Income Tax Papers:

   • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.

9. Bank Statement:

   • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.

10. Salary Slip:

    • Salary slips for the last 3 months.

11. Business Registration:

    • If the applicant is self-employed, provide business registration documents such as:
      • Business Registration Certificate
      • Gumasta License
      • GST Certificate

Fees:

• Visa Fees: ₹3,200 per person.
• Service Charge: ₹750 per person, plus 18% GST.
