Visa-Free Entry for Indian Nationals (14 Days Stay): Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry for a stay of up to 14 days, provided they meet the following requirements:
Valid Visa/Residence Permit: Must possess a valid U.S., Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore, or U.K. visa or permanent residence permit.
Valid Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended stay.
Return or Onward Ticket: Must have a return or onward ticket to the next destination.

Valid Passport: Minimum validity of 6 months.
Visa Application Form: Duly filled and signed by the applicant on both sides, with a photo affixed and signed across on the front.
Photographs: Two recent photos (35 x 45 mm), white background, 80% of the face visible. Photos should not be older than 6 months.
Covering Letter: Detailed letter on the Indian company letterhead, with company seal and signature, addressing the Mumbai Consulate.
Invitation Letter: Copy of the invitation letter from the Philippines addressed to the Mumbai Consulate.
Foreign Exchange Proof: US$500 endorsed on the passport or a copy of the international credit card.
IT Returns: Copy of the applicant’s last two years of Income Tax Returns.
Bank Statement: Updated statement for the last 6 months, with the applicant’s name and bank seal.
Return Ticket: Two copies of the confirmed return or onward journey ticket.
Blank Passport: If the applicant has a blank passport, they must provide a company offer letter and last 3 months’ salary slips.
