1. Passport:

   • Must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.

2. Visa Application Form:

   • Complete the visa form online and sign as per the passport.

3. Declaration Form:

   • Complete the declaration form and sign as per the passport.

4. Photos:

   • Two recent color photos (35mm x 45mm, white background, 80% of the face visible).

5. Covering Letter:

   • Employed applicants: Provide a covering letter from the applicant on the company letterhead.
   • Self-employed applicants: Use the company letterhead.
   • Unemployed or working professionals: Submit a covering letter on plain paper with a leave letter from the Indian company.

6. Hotel Confirmation:

   • Provide confirmed hotel reservations as per the air ticket itinerary.

7. Income Tax Papers:

   • Submit personal income tax returns (ITR) for the last 3 years.

8. Bank Statement:

   • Provide a personal bank statement for the last 6 months, stamped and signed by the bank.

9. Salary Slips:

   • Employed applicants: Submit salary slips for the last 3 months.

10. Medical Insurance:

    • Submit listed overseas medical insurance covering the entire duration of stay (as per the air ticket itinerary).

11. Air Ticket:

    • Provide a confirmed return air ticket.

12. Self-Employed Applicants:

    • If self-employed, submit:
      • Company IT papers for the last 3 years.
      • Company bank statement for the last 3 months.
      • Company registration copy (in English). If the company registration is in another language, it should be translated on a ₹100 stamp paper and notarized.

13. COVID-19 Certificate:

    • Submit the Covishield Certificate for both doses, mentioning the passport number.

Visa Processing Time:

• 25 working days after submission.

Visa Fees:

• Adults: Pay €80 online.
• Children (6 to 12 years old): Pay €40 online.

Visa Submission Time:

• As per the scheduled appointment.

Currency:

• Norway’s currency is the Krone (NOK).
