Original letter from the Indian company on company letterhead, with the company seal, including detailed information about the trip, the applicant’s name, and passport details.
Invitation Letter:
Original letter from the business partner or company in Madagascar, detailing the purpose of the visit.
Financial Documents:
Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.
Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if applicable).
Flight Itinerary: Confirmed air ticket booking.
Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking or proof of accommodation for the stay.
Travel Insurance: Valid for the duration of the trip.
Company Registration Certificate: If self-employed, provide a copy of the company registration.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: Required if traveling from or transiting through a country with a risk of yellow fever.

For Business Travelers: On company letterhead.
For Employees: Personal covering letter on plain paper and a leave letter from the Indian company.
Hotel Confirmation: Confirmed booking as per the air ticket.

Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if applicable).
Overseas Medical Insurance: As per the air ticket, from one of the listed insurance providers.
Return Air Ticket: Confirmed booking.
Company Registration: If self-employed, provide a company registration copy. If the document is in a language other than English, it must be translated on ₹100 stamp paper and notarized.
