Covering Letter:
Original letter from the Indian company on company letterhead, with detailed information about the trip.
Invitation Letter: Copy of the invitation letter from the Austrian company with detailed information.
Financial Documents:
Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.
Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
Salary Slips: For the last 3 months.
Overseas Medical Insurance: As per the air ticket, from one of the listed insurance providers.
Return Air Ticket: Confirmed booking.
Company Registration: A copy of the company’s registration certificate. If the document is in a language other than English, it must be translated on ₹100 stamp paper and notarized.
