Visa Requirements for Italy Business Visa : PLS NOTE WE NEED TO SUBMIT AT VFS

  1. Passport: Valid for at least 3 months from the date of return.
  2. Application Form: One completed visa application form.
  3. Photographs: Two passport-size photos (35×45 mm, 80% face, white background).
  4. Covering Letter: From the Indian company, detailing the purpose of the visit.
  5. Invitation Letter: From the Italian business operator, including a guarantee clause confirming the inviter’s responsibility for the invitee’s compliance with immigration laws. It should include:
    • Name and designation of the person signing the invitation.
    • Copy of the signing person’s ID card.
  6. Company Registration: Indian company’s registration copy.
  7. Chamber of Commerce Letter: From the Italian company, mentioning the invitee’s name and the signing person’s details.
  8. Financial Proof:
    • Foreign exchange documents or international credit card copy with a credit limit sufficient for the travel.
    • Personal income tax returns for the last 3 years.
    • Indian company income tax returns for the last 3 years.
  9. Bank Statements:
    • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months with a bank seal and signature.
    • Indian company’s original bank statement for the last 6 months with a bank seal and signature.
  10. Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if applicable).
  11. Hotel Booking: Confirmed hotel booking as per the travel dates on the air ticket.
  12. Travel Insurance: Overseas medical insurance.
  13. Air Ticket: Return flight tickets.
  14. Vaccination Requirement: Fully vaccinated (both doses) against COVID-19.
  15. Biometric Requirement: Personal appearance for biometric submission at VFS, unless biometrics have been submitted in the past 5 years.

Processing Time:

  • Takes 15 working days after submission.
  • Visa fees: ₹6870.
  • Submission time: As per appointment.

Visa Requirements for Italy Tourist Visa

  • Passport: Valid for at least 3 months from the return date.
  • Photos: Two passport-size photos (35×45 mm, 80% face, white background).
  • Application Form:
    • The form must be signed by both parents for children under 18.
    • Children should sign or provide a thumb impression.
  • Covering Letter:
    • For Business: On the company’s letterhead, signed by the applicant.
    • For Employees: A covering letter on plain paper along with a leave letter from the employer.
  • Hotel Confirmation: As per the air ticket.
  • Financial Documents:
    • Personal Income Tax Papers: For the last 3 years.
    • Personal Bank Statement: Original bank statement for the last 6 months, with the bank’s seal and signature.
    • Salary Slips: For the last 3 months (if applicable).
  • Travel Insurance: Overseas medical insurance.
  • Return Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket.
  • GST Certificate: Proof of the applicant’s GST registration.
  • Additional Requirements for Minors:
    • If a child under 18 is traveling with only one parent, a NOC (No Objection Certificate) is required from both parents. This must be:
      • On ₹100 stamp paper.
      • Notarized.
      • Endorsed by the home department.
  • Vaccination Requirement: Fully vaccinated with both doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Biometric Requirement: All applicants must attend for biometrics at VFS unless biometrics were submitted within the last 5 years.
  • Processing Time: The visa takes 15 working days to process after submission.
  • Visa Fees: ₹6870.
