Consulate require business invitation in Indonesian language. Any invitation in English language will not be accepted.

Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

  • Visa Application Forms:

    • Two visa application forms (back-to-back print) signed in blue pen as per the provided PPT.
    • Do not fill in the form as corrections are not accepted by the consulate.
  • Photographs:

    • Two color photographs (size 35 x 45 mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face.
  • Covering Letter from Company:

    • Requesting the visa and mentioning the passenger’s name and passport details.
    • Include a brief introduction of the company, addressing it to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India.
  • Invitation Letter:

    • In Indonesian language.
    • Original covering letter and personal letter from the applicant with a brief company profile mentioned.
  • Personal Covering Letter from Applicant:

    • Addressed to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India, including all details, residence address, and contact number at the top.
  • Invitation Fax:

    • Fax the invitation to the consulate addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India, and provide one copy to us.
    • Include the KTP card copy (ID card copy of the person who signs the invitation letter) sent both to us and faxed to the consulate (front and back page).
  • Itinerary:

    • Day-by-day itinerary from the Indonesian company addressing the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India, including the scheduled date and time on the company letterhead.
  • Hotel Booking Confirmation:

    • Confirmation on hotel letterhead (mandatory).
  • Return Ticket:

    • Include return ticket with ticket number.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

  • Visa Application Forms:

    • Two visa application forms printed back-to-back, signed in blue pen as per the provided PPT.
  • Photographs:

    • Two color photographs (size specifications not mentioned, typically 35mm x 45mm) should be included.
  • Foreign Exchange:

    • $1,000 in foreign exchange endorsed on the passport is mandatory or a copy of the front and back of an international credit card.
  • Covering Letter:

    • Addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India.
    • If applicable, it should be on company letterhead or include an original leave letter from the company.
  • Personal Covering Letter from Applicant:

    • Addressed to The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai, India, detailing the applicant’s residence address and contact number at the top.
  • Return Ticket:

    • Must include the ticket number.
  • Hotel Booking Confirmation:

    • Confirmation on hotel letterhead (mandatory).

  • Letter from Labor Ministry of Indonesia:

    • Required approval letter from the Indonesian labor ministry.
  • Contract Agreement:

    • Copy of the contract agreement signed by both the Indonesian company representative and the applicant.
  • Previous Work Experience Certificate:

    • Work experience certificates from January 1, 2010, to the present date on the company letterhead, including:
      • Joining and leaving dates.
      • Company address and contact number.
  • Qualification Certificates:

    • Copies of relevant qualification certificates.
  • One-Way Ticket:

    • One-way flight ticket with ticket number.
  • Appointment Letter:

    • Copy of the appointment letter from the Indonesian company.
  • Invitation Letter:

    • Invitation letter on the sponsor company’s letterhead, including:
      • Brief profile of the company.
      • Total number of employees (foreign and Indonesian).
      • Details of the person being invited.
      • Job position and responsibilities.
      • Company’s responsibility for food, accommodation, and salary.
      • Photocopy of the signatory’s KTP (Indonesian ID card).
  • Business Licenses and Registrations:

    • Trading business license (SIUP) of the Indonesian company.
    • Taxpayer’s registration number (NPWP) of the Indonesian company.
    • Company deed/contract of establishment (AKTA NOTARARY).
    • Related ministry approval for the Indonesian company.
    • Indonesian company registration certificate.
    • Approval letter from the labor ministry of Indonesia (TA01) for both the company and applicant.
