We can submit Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat ppts in Mumbai.

W.E.F. 10th Feb 2015, the applicant has to fill online visa form, paid the visa fee online and book an appointment for biometric and has to come in person at VFS Ireland, Mumbai to submit visa application form.

Please note that you have to make 2 sets of all documents along with passport full pages copy 2 sets including old passports.

Following docs required for Business Visa.

  • Valid Passport: Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
  • Online Application: Completed online visa application form and payment receipt.
  • Photographs: Two color photographs (not older than 6 months), 35mm x 45mm, with 80% of the face visible.
  • Return Ticket: Confirmed return ticket as per travel dates.
  • Medical Insurance: Travel medical insurance covering the duration of the stay.
  • Covering Letter: Detailed covering letter on Indian company letterhead, signed and sealed, addressing the Mumbai consulate.
  • Invitation Letter: Copy of the invitation letter received from the host in Ireland, addressed to the Mumbai consulate.
  • Income Tax Papers: Personal and company income tax papers for the last 3 years.
  • Bank Statements: Personal and company bank statements for the last 6 months.
  • Salary Slips: Last 3 months salary slips (if employed).
  • Company Registration Proof: Document proving company registration.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

    • Valid Passport: Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
    • Online Application: Completed online visa application form and payment receipt.
    • Photographs: Two color photographs (not older than 6 months), 35mm x 45mm, with 80% of the face visible.
    • Return Ticket: Confirmed return ticket as per travel dates.
    • Medical Insurance: Travel medical insurance covering the duration of the stay.
    • Covering Letter: Covering letter on company letterhead with seal and sign. If the applicant is working, include an original leave letter from the company and a covering letter on plain paper.
    • Sponsorship Letter: Sponsorship letter from the host in Ireland along with the passport and visa copy of the invitee or hotel booking confirmation.
    • Income Tax Papers: Personal income tax papers for the last 3 years.
    • Bank Statement: Personal bank statement for the last 6 months.
    • Company Registration Proof: Document proving company registration.
