Visa Application Requirements:

  1. Valid Passport:

    • Must be valid for 6 months from the date of return.

  2. Online Visa Application Form:

  3. Two Colour Photos:

    • A recent digital colour photograph.
    • Dimensions: 472 x 610 pixels for digital photos; scanned photo size: 4 x 5.16 cm.
    • Scanned at 300 DPI resolution.

  4. Covering Letter:

    • From the applicant on company letterhead if self-employed.
    • If working, a covering letter on plain paper and a leave letter from the Indian company are required.

  5. Confirmed Hotel Confirmation:

    • As per the air ticket.

  6. Personal IT Papers:

    • For the last 3 years.

  7. Personal Bank Statement:

    • For the last 6 months with the original bank seal.

  8. Salary Slips:

    • For the last 3 months (if the applicant is employed).

  9. Overseas Medical Insurance:

    • As per the air ticket requirements.

  10. Confirmed Return Air Ticket.

  11. Company Registration Copy:

  • Required in English if the applicant is self-employed.


Important Details:

  • Visa Time Taken: 10 to 15 working days.
  • Visa Fee:
    • $20 USD + ₹1,165/- VFS charges.
  • Visa Submission Time: As per appointment timing.
  • Georgian Currency: Lari.


Note:

  • The applicant needs to come personally for submission and biometrics.

Following docs required for Tourist Visa.

  1. Original valid ppt at least for 06 months.
  2. Two color photo 35x45mm 80% face white background.03. Online visa application form Ghana visa to be filled online ghana-mission.co.in
  3. Original Detail Covering letter on company letter head with day-to-day Itinerary & with round seal of company if having own business, If working then letter on plain paper will do.
  4. Original Leave letter on company letter head with exact leave dates with round seal of company.
  5. Personal bank statement of applicant for last 03 months balance of above Rs. 01 lakh with original bank seal & sign on each page.
  6. Air ticket with e- ticket number.
  7. Hotel Voucher as per ticket.
  8. Yellow fever card copy

 

Visa fees Single Entry Rs. 10,100/-, Courier charges Rs. 450/- GST 18% is applicable on all the visa charges beside Visa Fees & VFS charges!!!


Note: Once consulate will receive the approval from Ghana then only consulate will accept the application & after accepting the application consulate will take 02 working days to process the visa.
