Following docs required for Croatia Business Visa.

  • Valid passport for 3 months from the date of return with 02 pages back to back blank.

  • Online visa form sign as per the passport

  • https://crovisa.mvep.hr/Default.aspx 

  • Two colour photos 35mm by 45mm white background 80% of the face should be seen.

  • Original Covering letter from Indian company on company letter head in detail
    Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Croatia , Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, bus, or boat; registration card and driver’s license if travelling by car; if the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).

  • Personal Income tax papers for last 3 years,

  • Personal bank statement for last 6 months with bank seal & signed,

  • Salary Slips for last 3 months,

  • Listed Overseas medical insurance as per the Air tkt List of Insurance is mentioned below,

  • Return Air ticket,

  • Company registration copy(Pls note company registration required in English language if company registration is different language so translate in 100rs stamp paper in English and do the Notary).

     

    Time Taken: After 15 to 20 Working days travel date will be accepted

    Visa Fee: Rs. 7200/-

    Visa Sub. Time: As per the appointment timing

    Visa Collection Time: All the passports will be send by courier to the applicant’s address Or applicant’s company address as mentioned in the covering letter.

    Visa Fees as not refunded.

Following docs required for Croatia Tourist Visa

  • Valid passport for at least 3 months from the return date, with 2 blank pages (back to back).
  • One signed visa form, available at: https://crovisa.mvep.hr/Default.aspx.
  • Two color photos (35mm x 45mm) with a white background, showing 80% of the face.
  • Cover letter explaining the purpose of the trip, itinerary, and duration of stay in Croatia.
    • Include details on means of transportation and proof of return to the country of residence (e.g., return ticket, driver’s license if traveling by car, etc.).
    • If traveling to a third country, provide proof of the itinerary.
  • If employed:
    • Cover letter on plain paper.
    • Leave letter from the Indian company.
  • Confirmed hotel booking matching the air ticket.
  • Personal income tax (IT) returns for the last 3 years.
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months (sealed and signed by the bank).
  • If employed, salary slips for the last 3 months.
  • Overseas medical insurance as per the air ticket.
  • Return air ticket.
  • If self-employed:
    • Copy of company registration (in English or translated and notarized on a ₹100 stamp paper if in another language).
